Join us for a fun-filled evening at Fern Elementary as we celebrate the end of an amazing school year and SOAR into summer together! This FREE family event is packed with exciting activities for all ages, including a foam party, bubbles, games, crafts, handball, a DJ, and a 360 photo booth.

PTA will be hosting taco plates and fresca while supplies last, and ice cream will be available for purchase during the event.
We can’t wait to celebrate with our amazing Fern community and kick off summer with an evening full of fun, laughter, and memories! ☀️
Q: Who can attend the festival?
A: All Fern Elementary students and their families are welcome! Entry is free, and RSVPs are encouraged by May 13 at 3 PM to help us plan supplies and food for everyone.
Q: How do I RSVP?
A: Follow the RSVP link and complete the Google Form by May 13 at 3 PM. Missed the deadline? No problem — you can still attend and check in at the “Unregistered” table when you arrive.
Q: Is there a cost to participate?
A: Entry is completely free! PTA will be hosting taco plates, fresca, popcorn, and snacks while supplies last. Ice cream will be available for purchase.
Q: What activities are planned?
A: There’s something for everyone, including:
Foam Party (bring a towel and a light jacket — participants may get wet!)
Bubble Fun
Games
DJ & Dance Area
Crafts
360 Photo Booth
Popcorn
Handball
Q: What should my child wear?
A: Comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes are recommended. Children participating in the foam party may get wet, so bringing a towel or change of clothes is encouraged.
Q: Where do we check in?
A: Check-in stations will be located near the kindergarten gate on Fern Ave. Look for the “Registered” and “Unregistered” tables marked on the event map.
Q: Where can we park?
A: Street parking is available around the school. Please follow all posted parking signs and be respectful of our neighbors when arriving and leaving the event.
Q: Can I bring my pet?
A: For the safety and comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted at the event, with the exception of service animals.
Q: What safety rules should we follow?
A: To help keep the event safe and enjoyable for everyone:
Children must remain with an adult at all times.
This is not a drop-off event.
No running, rough play, or unsafe behavior.
Stay within designated festival areas only.
Classrooms and indoor hallways are off-limits.
Please follow directions from PTA volunteers and staff.
Q: Will restrooms be available?
A: Yes! Restrooms will be available near the stairs of the 5th grade building. Children’s restrooms are downstairs, and adult restrooms are upstairs.
Q: What happens if the weather changes?
A: Event updates will be shared through Fern PTA communication channels if weather impacts festival plans.
