The Direct Donation Drive is one of Fern PTA’s two major fundraisers of the year (along with the Fun Run in February). Instead of selling products, we ask families to contribute directly to support Fern students.
This year’s drive kicks off at Popsicles with the Principal on August 20 and runs through Family Movie Night on September 26.
Your gift funds field trips, Adventures in Art, the school library, assemblies, classroom support, and free family events.
We suggest $180 per student ($1 per day of school), but every donation helps our community bloom. 100% of funds stay at Fern and directly benefit our kids.
Matching Gifts
Did you know many employers will match your donation to Fern PTA? That means your contribution could be doubled (or even tripled!) at no extra cost to you.
How to check:
Ask your HR department if your company has a matching gifts program.
Submit your Fern PTA donation receipt along with your employer’s matching form.
Forward confirmation to fundraising@fernpta.org if additional paperwork is needed.
Every matched donation helps us reach our goal faster and provides even more opportunities for Fern students.

Are you a Fern parent who owns a small business, or do you know one? Local business support helps our school community bloom!
Donations of $100+ are eligible to have your business name or logo featured on our Fern PTA Sponsor Page.
To be included, simply:
Make your donation online here and complete the "Small Business Name" field.
Share your logo (PNG/JPG, at least 500×500 px) to fundraising@fernpta.org.

What does my donation pay for?

Family events that are free for everyone
Without PTA funding, these opportunities wouldn’t exist at Fern.
How much should I give?
We suggest $180 per student (that’s just $1 for every day of school).
If you’re able, consider giving more to support families who can’t contribute at this time. Every dollar makes a difference!
What if I can’t give the full amount?
That’s okay! Any contribution, large or small, helps our Fern community bloom. Our goal is participation from every family, not equal amounts.

🌞 Sunshine Supporter ($50+) – Sticker + Keychain + all above
🌸 Full Bloom Companion ($180+) – Yearbook + all above

Is my donation tax-deductible?
Fern PTA is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. In most cases, donations may be tax-deductible; however, we recommend you consult your tax professional to determine how your gift applies to your personal situation. You will receive a donation receipt after checkout for your records.
Do businesses or companies donate too?
Yes! We have Business Sponsorship Tiers:

How do I submit my business logo for sponsorship recognition?
After donating, please email your order confirmation and logo (PNG or JPG, 500×500 px minimum, transparent background preferred) to fundraising@fernpta.org.

Can my child’s class win prizes?
