Yearbook Information
We encourage all 5th-grade families to purchase a yearbook—the perfect keepsake to remember their final year at Fern. To make it even more special, we're hosting a Yearbook Signing Party in June! We will honor our 5th graders with a baby photo and a family dedication. Use the instructions below to submit yours and give your student a memory they’ll cherish forever.
Baby Photo Submission
Email your child’s baby photo to submit+2165454@edophotos.com
The subject line MUST include your child’s first and last name and their teacher’s name
Example. Subject: FIRST LAST TEACHER
Photo Requirements: High resolution image (minimum 300 DPI), clear (not blurry or pixelated). Low-quality images will still be printed but may appear grainy or blurry. Your photo may be cropped for uniformity.
Dedication Submission
Follow the link below to the yearbook website. Click the orange ‘Buy Ads’ button and follow the instructions to submit your dedication. Use a desktop or laptop computer to complete your dedication (mobile devices are not supported). Continue scrolling for step-by-step instructions.
